For the 2+ years larry and I worked togather on projcts, I never considered him as just a project engineer, he was a project leader and a caring friend who made sure that the City recieved the total value for the work preformed . Larry was ready to assume responsibility for any task or project assigned to him and I will always remember his bold attitude to get the job done.
