I had the pleasure of working with Larry Ingalls for a couple years at the City of Snohomish. Larry was a hard and honest worker who could always be relied upon when things got tough. He lived passionately for his values. We shared much in common, being fellow engineers, military retirees, and fitness enthusiasts. Larry liked to discuss deep issues of work and life, and was open to new ideas. I will greatly miss Larry and his friendly spirit.
