In many ways, Larry Ingalls was the Everett Mountaineers. Over the last 15 years, he served in many capacities including Vice Chair (95 - 96) and twice as the Branch Chair (96 - 98 and 04 - 05). He participated in nearly all of our branch activities contributing in any way that he could. In February, he was an Assistant Navigation Instructor during the Basic Climbing Course field trip at Legion Park. In March, he was a victim on the MOFA training course. He served on our Strategic Planning Committee and was involved in Club-wide activities. He was a great leader, mentor and friend. His sage advice, friendly smile, his laugh and his warm demeanor will be missed. The next time that we are on a peak or a trail or on the water, let's remember Larry and imagine that he is there with us. Certainly, he will always be in our hearts and thoughts.
