I haven't done many trips with Larry, since I do mostly backpacking and Larry did mostly scrambling. I'm not sure, but I think that we may both have attended all of the National Trails Day events sincd 1994. I led a trip on the County Line Trail in 1993 that Larry signed up for. The trip was on an abandoned trail in iffy weather and had some route finding challenges. I remember Larry's cheerfulness and enthusiasm throughout the trip.
